Model plane enthusiasts head to Clinton Lake
Jayhawk Model Masters host their annual Float Fly at Clinton Lake Boat Ramp No. 7 Bloomington East Park 700 N 1190 Rd. from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday with 15 to 20 pilots and wingspans up to 12 feet. The club, active since the 1970s, also teaches youth and meets monthly for breakfast and fly days.
