Two suspects were arrested in Eudora early Sunday on methamphetamine related charges. Douglas Snowden, 53, was booked on possession of meth with intent to sell criminal use of a weapon and other drug charges after a traffic stop revealed drugs baggies scales and an illegal weapon. Jillian Carrasco, 25, also arrested and booked on charges including possession of meth with intent to sell. A Lawrence man was arrested on kidnapping aggravated sexual battery and restraining order violation. Fire calls and a long list of marriage licenses and divorces are reported by the county. The Journal-World notes it does not print all police reports or identify victims unless charged.
