Arrest Made in Stabbing at Super 8 Motel in Lawrence
A 46 year old Shawnee man Navinkumar Patel was arrested on suspicion of attempted first degree murder after a motel worker was stabbed multiple times at Super 8 on McDonald Drive. The incident began as a domestic dispute with the woman employee hospitalized in serious condition awaiting surgery.
