Shawnee county coroner Dr. H L Clark said he probably would not hold an inquest into the death of 42 year old George Stillwell killed when he walked in front of a car on U S highway 40 six miles east of Topeka. The driver J W Lowry of Topeka an attorney with the state inspections and registrations department was traveling from Salina to Kansas City with two young women who were friends of Helen Gentry. The accident occurred on the return trip to Topeka as they visited the Gentry home in Lawrence.
