Lawrence man charged with murder of 3 year old girl

Jason W. Dillon, 22, a former foster child, is charged with first degree murder in the death of his girlfriend's daughter Sydni C. Perkins. Prosecutors allege Dillon abused the girl while the mother worked, shaking and bludgeoning her. Dillon lists O'Connell Youth Ranch past. mother Rachel Perkins has not responded to messages. Bond set at $150,000. next court date June 29 before Judge Michael Malone.

First Baptist marks 150 years with events and history
