Former aide clears ethics probe in key ruling
The ethics commission backed a finding that the April order was well supported by facts. Vera Gannaway cited solid evidence and a unanimous decision, while notes showed Thelma Hunter Gordon warned terms of a Glasscock arrangement would be questioned. Gov Graves canceled the agreement and recovered 90000 dollars. Glasscock is linked to Kent Glasscock, a gubernatorial contender. The commission has 20 days to respond, with a judge to decide on further action.
