Entered Not Guilty Plea in Liquor Possession Case
Will Stockert of 509 North Street pleaded not guilty when arraigned before Justice J H Miten ett this morning. A preliminary hearing was set for Wednesday after a raid by Deputy Sheriffs Turner Nieder and Warry razee found about twenty five pints of home brew and one and a half gallons of liquor at Stockert’s residence.
