It is reported he has withdrawn Secretary McCrary's nomination as successor of Judge Dillon. J Malloch San Francisco June 21. The Workingmen's municipal convention exonerated Rev L S Kalloch the nominee for Mayor of immoral conduct during his Boston pastorate by a vote of 104 to 1. The convention nominated J R Frend for County Clerk and R A Leonard for Surveyor.
New York June 21 Hriston Francis husband of the late Mrs Hulls colored cook was taken to police headquarters for a brief consult with the superintendent. He was sent to the house of detention as a witness and will appear before the Coroner's jury on Monday.
