Jayhawk coach turns 75 on Turnberry golf trip
KU basketball coach Roy Williams leads eight golfers and six wives on a nine day Scotland trip with Terry Allen and Randy Towner. They played 36 holes daily on Turnberry Carnoustie and St Andrews amid windy conditions. Williams shot 75 at Turnberry, Randy Towner had a hole in one and Allen lost weight on the tour.

LeClair leaves Kansas for North Dakota State football
Linebacker LeClair departs Kansas for North Dakota State a Division II program after senior season. He played nine games in 1998 starting two and led Kansas with 102 tackles last fall.
