Disney World death sparks calls for ride oversight reform
The death of 4-year-old Daudi Bamuwamye at Disney World renews pressure for federal oversight of permanent theme park rides. Lawmakers and safety groups urge broader rules while park officials cite a strong safety record and industry influence.
