Extra Day Granted for Douglas County Tax Payments
Douglas County residents receive an extra day to pay second half personal and real estate taxes due to the June 20 Saturday deadline. Payments are now due by Monday with delinquency Friday for unpaid real estate and Tuesday for unpaid personal taxes. Unpaid property lists will be published later and turned to the Sheriff’s Office for collection around Aug 15.
