Collins seeks return to pro basketball after KU tenure
Chicago native Sherron Collins, now about 30 and out of work, showcased dribbling flair at a camp in Horessi Center drawing 800 attendees and rekindling KU practice memories from 2007 to 2010. Collins plans conditioning to shed about 30 pounds and believes he still has some move. He arrived in Lawrence after speaking with KU trainer Andrea Hudy and coach Bill Self, aiming to return to professional basketball as Andrew Wiggins joins summer school.
