Lawrence city commission consent agenda actions and ordinances
The Lawrence City Commission agenda covers consent items including approval of minutes claims and licenses. It authorizes a supplemental agreement with Black & Veatch for the Vermont Bridge watermain project changes with Turner Construction for the Police Facility project and BA Green for storm sewer work. It waives engineer's estimate for Kasold Drive reconstruction and authorizes HyVee easement agreements. Ordinances include speeding limit reduction on Ousdahl and West 21st streets. Resolutions adopt improvement district for Wells Acres and related annexation agreements. General consent items include waivers mortgages and Affordable Housing funds. Regular items include 2020 CDBG HOME plan updates temporary right of way, exemp tion from illegal camping, and temporary shelter occupancy text amendment and pay discussions.
