Agent sues over botched Waco raid coverage

Train derails spills acid near Eastland

A Union Pacific freight train derailed four miles outside Eastland Texas spilling hydrochloric acid into a river. About 50 residents were evacuated as fumes spread but there were no injuries reported. The train, en route to El Paso, involved 31 cars and three engines.
