In Topeka on June 12 the attorney general filed suit in Leavenworth County District Court against Aetna and four other insurance companies. The action seeks an injunction to stop rate increases and require rates to revert to levels prior to 1909 1910 reductions. The case cites alleged illegal confiscatory rates and a four year loss of business totaling about 1,500,000 dollars.
