Monte Elizabeth Robbins Reese Flannery died peacefully at The Windsor of Lawrence on June 7 2014 at age 95. A lifelong Lawrence resident she earned degrees from the University of Kansas taught in area schools and served on numerous KU and community boards and clubs. She is survived by three daughters seven grandchildren and seven great grandchildren with private cremation and a graveside service to follow. Memorials may be given to the J Allen Reese Pharmacy Scholarship Fund at KU Endowment or a charity of choice.
