Sobriety Test Passed In Fatal Douglas Jeep Accident
A Topeka man, Craig A. Heersink, 41, passed field sobriety tests after a Jeep Wrangler on a private gravel road led to Mark Coker’s fatal fall from the rear bumper. Coker, 43, died June 9 at Stormont-Vail after the 8 p.m. June 2 incident. four others were inside the vehicle. The report notes signs of alcohol but no cited contributing factors.
