Lilly knew of Courtney drug dilution in 1998 says plaintiffs
Lawyers for victims claim Eli Lilly and Go learned as early as 1998 that pharmacist Robert Courtney diluted cancer drugs. They say Lilly hid the issue, paid commissions based on doctors purchases, and only raised concerns in 2001 after Dr Verda Hunter flagged under strength Gemzar. The firms seek accountability in a multi state suit.
