St Louis star David Lee notes KU visit during recruitment
St Louis Chaminade High forward David Lee a 6 foot 9 recruit says his unofficial KU campus visit was enjoyable. He has visited St Louis Missouri Illinois Indiana and Florida with Duke North Carolina and Kentucky on tap this month. His mother Susan Lee recalls the recruiting process and says they will take official visits after narrowing to five schools.

Sanford defeats North Wetzel 226-224 to win the PBA Senior Tour Northwest Senior Classic in Beaverton Oregon earning $9,000 for his second senior title. Wetzel triumphed over John Bennett 279-234 in the semifinal. Bennett beat Bob Glass 256-235 after Glass opened the stepladder with 232-219 over Dave Soutar.
