Four more leave board of Enron

The four remaining Enron directors who oversaw its rise and collapse quit the energy trader. The resignations were accepted unanimously, and Raymond Troubh was named interim chairman. Troubh joined the board last November and helped with an internal probe into Enron’s collapse. The probe blamed partnerships run by former CFO Andrew Fastow for disguising financial problems. The resignations followed the exit of Frank Savage and John Mendelsohn a week earlier.
