Man arrested for assault over Chick-fil-A sauce at Dillons

Wichita police arrested 37 year old James Adam Hirsh on suspicion of aggravated assault after a confrontation over Chick-fil-A sauce at a Dillons store. Hirsh allegedly punched a worker, then drove toward employees before leaving. Court records did not list an attorney. Chick-fil-A sauce shortages relate to COVID 19.

Baldwin City moves to formalize sale leasing of city properties

Baldwin City Council approved first round guidelines for selling or leasing city owned parcels along downtown and U S Highway 56. The policy allows sealed bids auctions or negotiations with 14 day online and website notices before council approval. Three sites are eyed for sale including the old motel lot on U S 56 bought for 255000 last year, a second lot on U S 56, and a lot on Indiana Street.
