Images of the Journey at Spencer Museum of Art
The Spencer Museum of Art hosts Images of the Journey, an Asian art exhibition drawing from ancient and modern works. It traces travel across time with themes of migration and exploration, featuring the camel in 7th century China and 20th century northwestern China, plus 18th century Chinese painting and later Japanese influence. Organized by Hillary Pedersen, it opens Saturday and runs through August in the Asian Gallery at 1301 Miss.
