Discrimination cited in Lawrence police unit complaints

Two women dispatchers and former co workers wives of officers filed sexual discrimination complaints against the Lawrence Police Department. Lynne Pryor and Dagna D Ercole allege supervisors treated them differently from men in training evaluations policies and shift hours. Pryor also filed a city complaint noting denial of training and committee work and a transfer that impacted women. Pryor resigned after stating communications broke down. D Ercole claims discrimination on gender in the workplace between 1992 dates.
