Safe Transit Viewing Guide With Glasses and Projections
Public guidance on safely watching a transit urges using solar eclipse or welder's glasses of darkness 14 or darker or building a pinhole projector. Tele scopes with filters at museum or observatory events plus online live streams from NASA Slood.com and the Exploratorium aid viewing. A three hour viewing window is noted with club filters ensuring sun protection during the event.
