Lawrence attorney Krogh dies by own action in public park
Richard A. Krogh a 54 year old Lawrence attorney died by self inflicted action in a South Park near the police department. His widow Christina Krogh said he faced chronic heart problems and feared an investigation would affect his family and home. Krogh had written in a court filing that he expected to die soon and had earlier suffered two heart attacks in 2003. Church and legal colleagues called him an honorable man who served in the Marines and cared for clients. Headquarters Counseling Center urged awareness that such deaths are not someone else’s fault and offered help.
