Also noted: Mrs Clark 71 died of heart attack in Wamego Kansas with service 2 p.m. Wednesday at McLouth Cemetery. Burial at Stewart Funeral Home in Wamego. Born February 28 1900 Terre Haute Indiana. Widow of Robert E Clark former McLouth High School principal. James A Ethington Wamego stepson Robert E Clark Wetmore Kansas and nine grandchildren.

Joint funeral services for Mrs. Lillian K. Mosshart and her mother Mrs. Gertrude Fiscel were held at 10 a.m. at the Blue Rapids Methodist Church. Burial for Mosshart occurred at Lawrence Memorial Park Cemetery and for Fiscel at Fairmont Cemetery Blue Rapids. Both women died in a one car crash on Interstate 70 near Collyer.

Houston woman Frances Bratton 89 dies after hospital stay
Mrs Frances Bratton 89 of Houston died Monday in a city hospital. Funeral will be held Thursday in the Fairmont Mausoleum Denver burial follows. Born December 19 1881 in Raleigh Illinois she moved to Lawrence Kansas as a child and lived there until 1951. Survived by two sons Courtney Houston and Myra El Cajon Calif a sister Mildred Kunkle Lawrence three grandchildren and eight great grandchildren.

Hudspeth, 24, of Eudora, injured in an early Sunday auto crash near Mountain View, Arkansas, has been moved from Mountain View Hospital to the Veterans Administration Hospital in Little Rock. He suffered injuries to the right arm and knees and possible ruptured spleen. initial care at University of Arkansas Medical Center, Little Rock, listed his condition as fair to poor. Eudora resident Charles F. Allen, 45, was killed in the crash.
