Adventurer Frederck Marks Granted Alien Status
Herman Frederck Marks a 39 year old Milwaukee born adventurer once linked to Fidel Castro's forces was ruled a departadie alien by the New York office of the U S Naturalization and Immigration Service. He has 10 days to appeal to Washington. He defected from the Cuban army and re entered the United States via Mexico last July 2 at El Paso. He was arrested in New York Jan 25. Immigration officials note a record of more than 3 arrests in the U S including rape draft dodging assault auto theft vagrancy and drunkenness with jail breaks from a Wisconsin reform school an Ohio prison and a California penal farm.
