Dow Reclaims Market Lead As Dow Surges 100 Points
The Dow Jones rose about 0.5 percent on Tuesday briefly topping its record as Caterpillar McDonald's and DuPont posted strong gains. 3M and United Technologies declined despite solid results, while Nasdaq lagged with a flat day.
