County agenda features building permit request by Bahret couple
Douglas County commissioners will review a building permit for Ernest E. and Penny S. Bahret on Monday. The permit, for a tract near five acres, would bypass subdivision rules if approved. Wayne Kellum previously denied the permit over a 4.15 acre survey, but a new survey lists 5.15 acres. The meeting is at 1:30 p.m. in the county courthouse commission room.

Road repairs to disrupt Bert Nash area traffic routes
The city will close portions of Ninth 15th Louisiana and Vermont streets for repairs causing traffic delays as mapped on page 9A.
