Governor Sebelius would appoint Rosen to Kansas Supreme Court
Gov. Kathleen Sebelius praised Lawrence candidates Robert Fairchild and Martha Coffman while naming Topeka District Court Judge Eric Rosen to the Kansas Supreme Court. Rosen, a 52-year-old Democrat and longtime law practitioner, was chosen over Fairchild and Coffman as the court seat opened by the death of Robert Gernon.
