Living costs rise fraction for June

James V Humphrey Dies At Junction City Home
James V Humphrey Jr 62 motor car dealer of Junction City died at his home from a self inflicted pistol wound found yesterday morning in his room near a .45 caliber automatic pistol. The coroner ruled the death apparently personal safety related. He had been in ill health and had returned from France after World War I. Surviving are his wife Katherine Fogarty a 1918 KU graduate his father James V Humphrey Sr and brother Arthur S Humphrey. Funeral services set for 10 30 a m tomorrow at the Episcopal Church of the Covenant with burial in Highland Cemetery.
