Ae Cory Johnston owner of Fields and Ivy Brewery in Lawrence plans a new craft site at 706 E 23rd Street on the site of the former Lawrence Lumber. The project follows a long rumored conversion and would make the sixth Lawrence brewery and the third in the past year. The town may also honor Tom T Hall with a statue and declare his I Like Beer as the anthem, linking local pride, beer and history.
