Suit filed over disinterment and life insurance fraud

The Mutual Life Insurance Company seeks disinterment of L H Perkins’s body and alleges Perkins attempted to fraudulently secure policies totaling about one million dollars. The suit names executors and heirs and cites prior rejections by nine companies citing suspicions of deceit and self harm as the death cause.
