World Company to sell Ellington CMS to ePublishing Inc
Lawrence based World Company says it signed a letter of intent to sell Ellington CMS and Marketplace software to Chicago firm ePublishing Inc. The deal follows a June plan to reduce operations and aims to keep Ellington and Marketplace as distinct products under ePublishing. Ellington serves over 300 sites. ePublishing provides cloud based CMS e commerce and CRM for publishers since 1997.
