She was born in Springfield Ohio in 1882 and studied at Ohio Wesleyan Pratt Institute and Columbia. Survived by a brother the Rev H I D Ketcham and a sister Mrs W Anderson. Funeral services will be held at the West Hills home tomorrow at 7 pm, burial in Spring Grove Cincinnati.

City hall will stay open until 10 p m each evening through July 26 for voter registration. City Clerk J W Stone reports registration has been brisk with about 300 added since the April city election, bringing total city registration to 7156. Residents who did not vote in November 1938 or who moved since then must re register. To be eligible, residents must be in state six months Ward 30 days and precinct 10 days. Those moving from municipality to township need not re register. they will vote at their polling place after declarations.
