Plans filed for Boys & Girls Club teen center in Lawrence
The Boys & Girls Club of Lawrence moves forward with an 18000 square foot teen center connected to the Lawrence College and Career Center at 2910 Haskell Ave. Groundbreaking is planned for Aug. 10 with a $4.25 million budget. The project aims to serve middle and high school students with STEM and arts spaces, expanding capacity from 70 to about 1,500 daily attendees.
