Anglers blamed for wildlife injuries after goose rescue
A Canada goose in Helena, Alabama, was freed after a fishing hook and line became lodged in her mouth and neck on June 22. Police officer Jan McDuff and park employee Debra Jo Carter assisted, then Don Hudson freed the bird with pliers.
