Sarah Lee Clymer 21 of 1134 Ohio had charges amended from sale of heroin to possession of heroin in Douglas County Court. Bond dropped from 100000 to 10000. she has not posted. Clymer is among 13 arrested in a local drug raid. Lab reports indicate the alleged sale substance did not contain heroin. possession charge stems from items found at arrest. Prelim hearing set for 10 a.m. Monday. Robert White and Jerome Beechum had hearings continued. both remain jailed with 100000 bonds. Judge Rankin says high bonds will be set for heroin sellers. the 100000 figure was a local agreement, not state policy.
