Dog drama ends happily after disrupting EU network

Aaron Wright’s 12 week old pure bred Rottweiler Rah was kidnapped from his pickup at Kwik Shop on West 23rd Street. After two days of flier campaigns and a plan to meet at Taco Bell a night sting retrieved the dog unharmed for a $20 gasoline fee rather than the $300 reward. Redistricting Plan Won't Split Lawrence City

Thousand to get refunds on student loan charges

Thousands of people who paid delinquent student loan collection fees are eligible for refunds or credits from the Education Department.
