The DeSoto State Bank of McSueio Kansas sues C K Tow and Alice M Tow with the Traq National Bank of Kansas City Missouri and others in Douglas County District Court. They seek foreclosure on two mortgages and sale of Lot No 7 and Lots 6 and 9 in Quivera Place to satisfy a note of one thousand dollars. The defendants must answer by August 6 1919 or the petition will be taken as confessed.
