At 6 35 p m Tuesday in City Hall the Lawrence City Commission will hear from TranSystems on traffic flow improvements along Barker Avenue north of 23rd Street. Proposed are a temporary median, a roundabout at 19th Street and left turn lanes at 23rd Street.
