Ex-Boyfriend Arrested in Slaying Scene in New Jersey
Adolfo Garcia-Nunez a 46 year old Lawrence artist also known as Fito Garcie suspected in Jana Lynne Mackey slaying. He fled Lawrence after the crime driving a Ford F 150 with his two teenage children. body found at his home. Arrest occurred in Elizabeth New Jersey where he apparently died in custody. Garcia-Nunez earlier convicted of battering another ex girlfriend in 2004.

By Thursday evening he and his 18 year old son and 19 year old daughter had arrived in New Jersey.
