Night Mail Flier Forced Landing After Storm
Cheyenne Wyoming July 8 Frank Yager piloting the east bound night air mail was forced to land at Chappell Nebraska sixty miles east of Cheyenne after a hurricane wrecked his plane. He was shaken and bruised. Pilot Jack Knight flew from Omaha to Chappell salvaged the mail from the wreck and carried it eastward today.
