John C. Marquez, 35, convicted of hurling body fluids on Sapulpa Officer Charles Gadd during transport after a domestic disturbance, was sentenced by Creek County Associate District Judge April Sellers White to life in prison under a law making it a felony to place bodily fluids on law enforcement officers. The judge rejected both a 25 year term and a four year term. an appeal was promised but not yet filed by Thursday.
