Lawrence planning commission vote stalls a 3.8 acre Locust Acres No. 2 final plat north of Clinton Parkway and east of 22nd Street Terrace. The panel favors study of additional access options while opposing tying land to a delayed street extension. A separate 7.5 acre Clinton Parkway Office Park plot was approved 5-4 with a private road variance, amid debate over public access versus isolated site constraints.
