Willam J McDonell assistant U S radio inspector warned Youmans to stop broadcasting and to face charges if he persisted. The landlord who ran the student house where the station operated ordered a halt and the station disappeared. The penalty for unlicensed operation is 5000 dollars or five years in prison.
