City proposes garage pay stations with free roof parking
City Manager David Corliss outlines a New Hampshire Street style garage plan with free first level and roof parking on parts of levels, $1 per 10 hours for most of level two and all of level three, and self service pay stations. Uncertain credit card acceptance and a cost gap versus gated systems led to a preference for pay stations while evaluating library construction impact on rooftop free parking.
