Frank Masterson of Leavenworth was appointed Midshipman Commander of the Kansas University Naval ROTC during a Kansas Union awards ceremony. He will lead the Jayhawk Navy in the spring semester as fifteen midshipmen earned distinguished achievement stars for high academic honors and completing NROTC programs.

KU study touts car pools to cut Linwood Center travel costs
