Treasure ship Diana Cargo porcelain to be auctioned
British salvager Dorian Ball locates the Diana shipwreck in Malaysian waters after a decade of research. Christie's Amsterdam will auction 24,000 pieces of Ming and Qing porcelain from the 1817 Diana cargo on March 6 and 7, with estimates from 80 dollars to 9,500 dollars and a total value over 1.7 million dollars.
