Bromley Eyes Long-Term KD Housing Push At KU Campus
Bromley Companies plans to keep future Naismith as a long term student residence near KU as Capitol Federal Hall and a new School of Business building rise in the Central District redevelopment. Bromley owns the 18th and Arkansas site adjacent to campus, with 100 percent occupancy and long waiting lists at Bromley Hall. Haney notes the firm did its homework on KU’s 10 year plan and says location matters for a sustained investment.
